Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna for flexible “Pay Later” or installment plans. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout, so you can choose the method that suits you best.

We include clear photos and honest descriptions, pointing out any signs of wear or unique features that make each piece one-of-a-kind. Our goal is to be transparent and helpful, so you can shop with confidence and love your new-to-you trainers from the moment they arrive.
No — once a pair is sold out, it’s gone. All of our trainers are handpicked and one-of-a-kind, which makes them unique. However, we often source similar models or the same styles that are currently on trend, so you may see repeats or close matches pop up in the future. To stay updated, make sure to follow us on Instagram and check back regularly for the latest drops.
Yes — every pair we sell is 100% authentic. Each trainer goes through a detailed verification process before being listed, where we check logos, stitching, materials, serial numbers and overall build quality. Nothing makes it onto our site unless we’re confident it’s genuine. Buying preloved shouldn’t mean taking risks, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
Returns
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, click here. If you do not have an account with us, you can request a return by contacting us at litasneaker@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide return address details, in addition to instructions on how and where to send the package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, more damaged than described or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 working days dependable on your bank.

Should you require amendments to an ongoing order, please contact us immediately to avoid the order being shipped without your amendments.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support team at litasneaker@gmail.com - If the order has already shipped, we won't be able to make any changes.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. We usually process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, and you’ll get another email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Our courier, Evri, typically delivers within 3–5 working days after collection, though occasional delays can occur during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to unexpected events.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our support team at litasneaker@gmail.com with your full name & order number and we’ll investigate right away.
If you receive an item that’s damaged or not as described, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at litasneaker@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. We’ll review the details promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund according to your preference and our returns policy.
Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that additional shipping charges apply depending on your location. During checkout, shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address.
